Anyone over the age of 21 with a valid full drivers licence accepted in Australia. International travellers with a Driving Licence written in a language other than English are advised to bring an international licence or translation of their licence.
Can your vehicles take baby seats ?
Yes they can. All our vehicles are fitted with approved baby seat anchor points and these are approved by the Roads and Traffic Authority ( RTA ) of New South Wales, Australia.
What are the shortest and longest times for hiring a campervan ?
The minimum rental is 4 days ( except school holidays and 7 day minimum for Motorhomes ) and the longest time is up to you. We have previously had campervans on rental for up to 8 months. The longer your hire the cheaper the daily rental becomes. Whilst on hire if you want to extend the holiday fun just ring our freecall number ( 1800 226 737 ) and if the camper is still available we will extend the hire period for you.
What if something happens like an accident ?

What do we do at the end of the holiday ?
Just go to the address written down on the Rental Agreement as " Return Address " Make sure both the fuel and cooking gas are full and tidy up the campervan. Linen and sleeping bags do not have to be laundered as they are cleaned again for each rental.

No. If you have an accident which is your fault you would be charged the excess as per the Rental Agreement. We do not charge extra for a collision with an animal or for reversing into a tree etc.
Do you charge to have extra drivers on the Rental Agreement ?
No. Any additional drivers are FREE. Their names are written on the Rental Agreement at the start of the rental.
Do you charge a Cleaning Fee ?
No. We do however ask that you sweep out the vehicle and wash up any dirty cutlery and crockery. Washing up liquid, a scourer, tee towel and dustpan and brush are provided in the vehicle. Many of our customers also like to wash the outside of the vehicle so we provide a list of cleaning stations in Sydney to help.
How long does the Camper Battery last ?
The battery will last approximately 12 to 15 hours when fully charged. The 12volt lights, fridge, water pump etc run off this battery. The battery for the engine is separate but the engine charges both batteries when running.
Do I need to clean the Linen when I return ?
No. We professionally wash and dry clean all the Linen, Pillows and Sleeping Bags to ensure they are clean for each customer.
